Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the mosaic to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Carefully roll the mosaic with the mesh side facing inward and place it back in its original protective tube or crate to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main distribution center.
